RAYMOND ROTH

Administrator & Project Director

Serving with Come Over & Help since 2016, Ray Roth is passionate about advancing Reformed theology that exalts Christ, strengthens the church, and transforms lives. Deeply encouraged by the unity of believers across cultures, Ray finds joy in building these gospel connections. Before joining COAH, he spent 18 years in Christian education as a teacher and principal. Ray holds degrees from the University of Guelph (B.Sc.) and Charles Sturt University (B.Ed.). He and his wife, Paula—an artist and longtime educator—are members of Hope Reformed Church in Tillsonburg, where Ray serves as deacon. Ray likes to read, work on home improvements, eat freshly-baked chocolate croissants, travel, sing tenor and watch birds.

GREG SLINGERLAND

Since 2018, Greg Slingerland has served as Director of Communications for Come Over & Help, driven by a desire to see Christ’s church thrive worldwide. A former teacher and vice-principal, Greg holds a BA in History (Brock University) and an M.Ed. (D’Youville College). He and his wife, Courtney, have two sons and live in the Niagara Region, where they attend Vineland Free Reformed Church. Greg serves on the missions committee and enjoys gardening in his spare time.

ADAM RADSMA

Adam Radsma joined Come Over & Help in 2024 with a passion to see the gospel strengthen churches through preaching, evangelism, and discipleship. A member of Vineland Free Reformed Church, he has served as deacon, elder, and ministry leader. Adam and his wife, Kerri, married in 2001, have raised five sons on their small hobby farm. With a B.Sc. from DeVry Institute and experience in engineering, project management, and business, Adam brings both professional skill and spiritual dedication to supporting COAH’s partners in Eastern Europe and North America.
