Passion for the Gospel
The passion to reach the lost exhibited by many believers and churches in Eastern Europe is remarkable. Come Over & Help is partnering with a number of imaginative and compassionate ministries in Eastern Europe which are spreading the gospel of salvation in Christ Jesus, especially to the down-and-out and marginalized sectors of society.
About this Project
Prison Ministry
In addition to the evangelistic ministries described elsewhere (elderly, children and youth, rehabilitation etc.), a major ministry Come Over & Help supports is prison ministry. Many pastors regularly visit correctional institutions to preach the gospel that liberates and gives true freedom. Several ministry workers also visit hospitals to bring the Word of Life to the lonely and needy.
Refugees
Another huge need which has created opportunity for evangelism is the refugee crisis precipitated by the war in Eastern Ukraine. A number of churches we partner with have reached out to those fleeing the ravages of the war with material help and the gospel.
